He free handed this the other night in the car....in ten minutes....and "painted it" when he got home....am I biased or is this really good for an eight year old....

Do you know what it is...it is a fall harvest picture...complete with cornucopia, pumpkins, gords (sp?), etc....in the forefront is an Indian head band....The dark area, behind the head band..that is the shadow, emanating off the cornucopia...his words, not mine...Is he a cool little boy or what?

Flat...I don't know why he had fall and Thanksgiving on his mind. Maybe...he was thinking about being thankful, I don't know. I don't always have a clue as to how his mind works sometimes. This is the only drawing like this he has done. Usually, its StarWars or Army Men or something like that. That is why I posted it, because I was so impressed that he just randomly drew this.

Rachel..thanks. I know and I want him to persue it. I am looking into any art classes, stuff like that he can take this summer.
Kojak..yeah. That's what I keep telling him. For an ADHD kid, to actually be able to sit still, do this, to me is amazing. He is not into sports..just computers and drawing, so who knows..a web designer, artist..I don't know. But yes, he does have talent. Thank you so much.
Daddio..thanks. I keep encouraging him to draw more stuff like this..but, that is the only one. Now it's back to Superheroes, army guys and Starwars.
