Snacking and Watching your Weight......Laughing Cow Cheese..and Triscuits....so very very good!

I love food...that is no secret...but, I have been very good over the past 7 months...changing my diet, the food I eat and how much, losing a total of 27 lbs...and I have lost all the weight that I feel I need to...now, it's all about maintaining, exercising/toning and continuing to make healthy food choices. I keep my caloric intake to around 1250-1400 calories a day now...allowing myself a weekend splurge of wine and one meal of whatever in the heck I want to eat....and I do an hour of cardio and half hour of weights, 3-4 times a week...

The hardest part of all that for me...is not snacking at night or in the afternoon at work. I keep treats in the house for the kids...and overall, I do well avoiding them.
I eat a popsicle at night (25 calories) and have a glas of peppermint tea before bed most nights....but, I think I found an alternative to that sitting in front of the tube, wanting to crack open that bag of Ruffles and the french onion dip....I bought these at the grocery on my lunch break today....

7 Triscuits and one little triangled square of the laughing cow (they have like 5 varieties...mine is French Onion~but I couldn't find a picture of it) is only 100 calories and so, so yummy....kind of like eating those chips and dip...without the fat and the guilt...so, if this sort of stuff is up your alley, and you are looking for a low calorie, satisfying snack....buy yourself some of these....you won't be disappointed.
